- 100 GM Sweet Corn
- 10 GM Ginger 1-inch piece, chopped
- 1 Onion 1 medium, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt As per Test
- 1 tbsp Chickpea Flour
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Green Chilis Chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Wash and drain sweet corn thoroughly — avoid extra water to keep the batter thick.
Blend sweet corn with cumin seeds and salt into a coarse paste.
Mix in chopped ginger, onion, and green chilies.
Add besan (chickpea flour) and turmeric. Mix everything into a batter.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium flame.
Spoon batter into the pan to form small fritters.
Shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney or curd.

Skip water completely while blending to avoid a pancake-like consistency.
