What we need ?

This High Protein Mixed Dal and crispy Pakora or fritters is for your lunch and evening snacking
What we need ?
For Mixed Dal
Black Masoor Lentil -1 cup
Red Masoor Whole Lentil -half cup
Green Moong Lentil -half cup
Onion-2 big one
Garlic -1 whole pod
Ginger- 1 inches
Green Chili- 8 to 10 (As per you specie level )
Olive Oil – 50 ml
Turmeric-1 table spoon
Red Chili Powder-1 table spoon
Salt -As per your taste
For Pakora or Fritters
Same as Above
Extra Chickpea flour or Besan -half cup
Semolina or suji -Half Cup
How We can do This ?
Soak Three Types of lentil all together with hot water for 2 to 3 hours Or Soak them night before with plain water .
Boil them with small cubs carrots for 5 whistles . Set aside some of the boiled lentil and carrot for fritters or pakora .
Roughly Chopped Onion ,Tomato, garlic ,ginger and green chili .
Fry them in olive oil with salt . Don’t over fry them . When it’s done set aside . Make a paste after cool down .
In a pan add 2 teaspoon olive oil . Add the half of the onion Paste and fry little bit with salt, turmeric and red chili powder (for color ) . After oil separation add the boiled lentil with carrots and the water.
Let it boil for few mins . Serve it Hot .
How to make Crispy Pakora or Lentil Fritters ?
Smash the boiled Lentil and carrots . Add chickpea flour ,semolina . Sallow fry them in olive oil. Serve Them Hot .
You can eat this Fritters as evening snack with milk or green tea . I was bored to only have Dal so I have this idea . You can make these in Air fryer with less oil. But My dietitian told me have as much good fat in your diet . This not cheat meal. I fry them in a very less oil.
