Celebrate Valentines Day with healthy guiltfree Ragi Chocolate Cake
What we Need ?
1 cup ragi flour
1 cup wheat flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Half cup coco powder
One and half cup jaggery
1 tablespoon curd
Almond 20gm
Dark chocolate Choco chips -20 gm
Dark chocolate bar-20 gm
Butter -100 gm
Vanila essence -1 teaspoon
Vinegar-1 teaspoon
Instant coffee-1 teaspoon
How to Do it
In a bowl add coco powder ,jiggery and coffee . Add hot water and mix it well. Set aside.
In another bowl add 1 cup of ragi and wheat flour ,1 teaspoon baking soda , 2 teaspoon baking powder . Mix it well . In a bowl add broken almons add Choco chips , add some of the dry mixture. Melt 50 gm butter and add to the wet mixture with 1 table spoon curd. Whisk it well. Add the nut mixture . Now slowly add the wet mixture to dry mixture and stir the batter very well. set aside. Now in a baking dish spread the melted butter and sparkle some flour. Pour the mixture. Bake it for 25 min in 170 degree Celsius. Melt 50 gm of butter, 2 tablespoon Choco chips , dark chocolate . .Spead the chocolate mixture over the cake .
